Actress Han So Hee stirred online chatter after she “liked” a social media post by Lee Jun Seok, the leader of South Korea’s Reform Party — only to quietly withdraw it less than a day later.

On October 6, Lee Jun Seok uploaded a post addressing false rumors that he followed explicit accounts on Instagram. “After checking, I found that certain supporters of a particular politician were spreading this misinformation,” he wrote. “When I declared legal action, one of them sent me a handwritten apology letter, admitting fault. I decided to consider their sincerity in handling the case.”

Lee also attached the apology letter, which read: “I sincerely apologize, Representative Lee Jun Seok, for the defamation and harm caused by my misunderstanding.”

Soon after, fans noticed that Han So Hee’s account had liked the post, instantly drawing attention across online communities.

Netizens reacted with amusement and curiosity, commenting:

  • “How does Lee Jun Seok’s post even show up in Han So Hee’s feed?”

  • “It must have been an accident.”

  • “Social media really is chaos.”

By the afternoon of October 7, roughly 22 hours later, Han So Hee appeared to have removed the like, likely after realizing the growing attention. As of now, TV personality Park Eun Ji remains the only celebrity still liking the post.

Known for her frank personality and active engagement online, Han So Hee once again showed how even a single click can set social media ablaze.
