SBS’s new fantasy romance drama No Tail to Tell is set to deliver a major shift in dynamics between Kim Hye Yoon and Lomon in its upcoming second episode. The series stars Kim Hye Yoon as Eun Ho, a quirky Gen Z gumiho determined to never become human, and Lomon as Kang Si Yeol, an overly confident world-class soccer player, following their chaotic journey as they try to save one another.

Newly released stills show Eun Ho and Kang Si Yeol crossing paths again nine years after their first ill-fated meeting. Back then, Kang Si Yeol was a “poor genius” fueled only by passion and dreams. Now, he has transformed into a global soccer star, exuding superstar energy as he strides through the airport surrounded by fans and reporters. Eun Ho is left stunned by his dramatic rise, especially given that she once predicted—almost like a curse—that he would never achieve success.
Despite their shared past, Kang Si Yeol appears to have completely forgotten Eun Ho. Failing to recognize her, he mistakes her for an ordinary fan and even offers her an autograph, creating an unexpectedly humorous yet frustrating moment for Eun Ho as she freezes in disbelief.
The production team teased that although Eun Ho and Kang Si Yeol reunite after nine years, their animosity and constant bickering remain unchanged. With additional characters such as Hyun Woo Seok and Lee Yoon entering the story, the drama promises an even more unpredictable turn of events. Episode two of No Tail to Tell will air on January 17 at 9:50 p.m. KST.
