The television drama Sukui, Sukuware has unveiled its main poster along with a lineup of supporting cast members. The series stars NOA in the leading role, with the female protagonist portrayed by Sakaguchi Tamami, a former member of Nogizaka46. Adapted from the manga of the same name written by Kotoko and illustrated by Kamo, the original work has surpassed 500,000 copies in cumulative sales.

Set against the backstage world of the entertainment industry, the drama presents a yandere-style love story that explores obsession, desire, and emotional imbalance. Minase Ama, the heroine, grows up in a financially struggling household but remains determined to pursue her dream of becoming an idol. Along the way, she faces repeated interference and hostility from those around her in the industry.

Her life takes an unexpected turn when she is selected as a stand-in actress for Hosho Chiaki, a highly popular actor with a carefully maintained public image. While Chiaki initially approaches Ama as part of a malicious wager intended to undermine her, he gradually becomes drawn to her sincerity and resilience. What begins as manipulation slowly transforms into a relationship that blurs the line between affection and fixation.

In addition to the lead cast, the series features performances by Haruse Akune (ICEx), Yoshiyuki Tsubukura, Kotaro Tanaka, Kokoro Aoshima, Amane Uehara, Hideharu Suzuki and Ryoko Yui. Through its characters and setting, Sukui, Sukuware examines the fragile boundary between salvation and possession, questioning whether love can truly exist without control in an industry built on appearances.
