Taiwanese singer and actress Vivian Hsu recently opened up about her personal hotel safety precautions and her anti-aging lifestyle habits while attending a beauty device brand event.
During the event, Vivian Hsu spoke candidly about how she maintains her physical condition and appearance after entering her 50s. She revealed that she exercises almost every day, with her routine including Pilates, swimming, and regular walking. Because her work frequently requires international travel between Singapore and other locations, she added that skincare and hydration have become especially important parts of her daily routine due to constant flights and dry cabin conditions.

When discussing diet, Vivian Hsu explained that she follows fairly strict eating habits. She shared that she avoids processed foods as much as possible and prefers natural ingredients even when eating hot pot, mainly choosing vegetables, seafood, and fresh meat instead of processed items. According to her, her 10-year-old son has also gradually started reducing processed food consumption because of her influence.
She also reflected on aging and beauty management, saying that after turning 30, natural beauty alone is no longer enough and that sweating through exercise becomes increasingly important for maintaining both health and appearance.
In addition to lifestyle topics, Vivian Hsu also addressed growing concerns surrounding privacy and safety while staying in hotels. Recently, Taiwan was shaken by reports involving an alleged hidden-camera scandal connected to a major cosmetic treatment chain, which sparked widespread public discussion about偷拍 and illegal surveillance.
Because her career requires frequent hotel stays, Vivian Hsu admitted that the news made her even more cautious than before. She revealed that she had already purchased two different hidden-camera and bug-detection devices approximately three years ago.
According to her, whenever she checks into a hotel room, the very first thing she does is carefully inspect the entire space using the detectors. She joked that sometimes the devices react so strongly that it instantly makes her nervous, leaving her wondering if something is seriously wrong, only to later realize that the equipment was simply overly sensitive and produced false alarms.
Her relaxed and humorous way of sharing the experience reportedly kept the atmosphere at the event lighthearted, while also resonating with many people who increasingly share similar concerns about privacy and personal safety while traveling.
