Enhanced Travel Options to Japan
Traveling to Japan this summer has become more accessible than ever, thanks to Japan Airlines significantly increasing its flight connections to the U.S. Beginning May 31, 2025, a new direct flight will link Tokyo Narita International Airport (NRT) with Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD). This exciting development is part of a codeshare partnership with American Airlines, allowing travelers to experience easy access to Japan.
Additional Summer Flight Connections
In addition to the direct flight to Chicago, Japan Airlines is ramping up its connectivity to various West Coast hubs throughout the summer months. From March 30 to October 25, travelers can enjoy daily flights from Tokyo Narita (NRT) to San Diego (SAN). Furthermore, Osaka will see daily flights to Los Angeles (LAX) and Honolulu (HNL) starting from July 18 until October 25. Notably, flights from Nagoya (NGO) to Honolulu (HNL) will also be available during this period.
Experience Japan’s Beauty
As Japan is listed among the 50 best places to travel in 2025, this summer presents an excellent opportunity for exploration. Direct and enhanced flight options mean that visitors can conveniently immerse themselves in the rich culture and stunning landscapes that Japan offers. Travelers can expect a comfortable journey with the introduction of the Airbus A350-1000, featuring upgraded amenities including private suites in business class and a spacious premium economy cabin.
