Singer and entertainer Song Yuqi will temporarily suspend her participation in Keep Running (奔跑吧) following a recent head injury, according to an official announcement released on March 25. The production team confirmed that Song Yuqi will miss current recordings in order to focus on recovery, while Zhou Shen will also be absent this season due to scheduling conflicts related to his concert tour.

The update from Keep Running (奔跑吧) noted that Song Yuqi requires time for rest and recuperation after sustaining an injury. Earlier reports revealed that the incident occurred during (G)I-DLE’s Bangkok tour, where Song Yuqi accidentally hit her head. Although she continued her activities at the time, she experienced persistent dizziness and migraine symptoms the following day, which quickly drew public concern.
In response to the situation, Song Yuqi shared that she had already sought medical attention. Doctors advised her to prioritize rest, leading to the decision to temporarily step back from filming Keep Running (奔跑吧). While the announcement did not specify the duration of her absence, it emphasized health and recovery as the immediate priority.

The production team also expressed hopes for a future reunion, signaling that Song Yuqi’s absence is temporary. As a regular member who has contributed significantly to the program’s dynamic, her departure—albeit short-term—marks a noticeable change for Keep Running (奔跑吧) during this period.
For now, attention remains on Song Yuqi’s condition, with fans and viewers awaiting her recovery and eventual return to the show.
