Actress Ha Ji Won, who turned 48 this year, has drawn renewed attention after revealing the long-standing lifestyle habits that contribute to her remarkably youthful appearance. Known for her disciplined self-care, Ha Ji Won recently shared insights into her daily routine, emphasizing consistency over quick solutions.

On March 26, Ha Ji Won uploaded a vlog to her YouTube channel I’m Ji Won from Class of ’26 (26학번 지원이요), documenting her morning as she prepares for a day in her role as a college freshman. In the video, Ha Ji Won begins her day in the kitchen, taking out homemade lemon cubes and preparing a drink that has been part of her routine for over 15 years.

The drink, a variation of lemon honey tea, is made using the entire lemon, including the peel, combined with fresh lemon juice and a small amount of natural honey. This approach highlights Ha Ji Won’s focus on maximizing nutritional benefits. Lemons are widely recognized for their high vitamin C content, which supports collagen production and helps protect the skin from oxidative stress. The peel, in particular, contains concentrated polyphenols and flavonoids such as eriocitrin, known for their antioxidant properties and potential role in slowing cellular aging. By incorporating these elements into her daily routine, Ha Ji Won underscores the importance of internal care in maintaining skin health.

In addition to dietary habits, Ha Ji Won also maintains a consistent skincare routine centered on hydration. She shared that her skin tends to be dry, leading her to adopt the long-term use of stick-type face packs for deep moisture care over more than a decade. This practice helps maintain balance in the skin while soothing irritation caused by external factors. According to general skincare principles, such sustained routines can play a key role in preserving skin elasticity and radiance over time.

Ha Ji Won’s career, which began with the 1996 drama New Generation Report: Adults Don’t Know, has spanned decades, with notable works including Damo, What Happened in Bali, and Secret Garden. Through her recent vlog, Ha Ji Won not only offered a glimpse into her personal habits but also reinforced a broader message: long-term consistency and mindful care are essential elements of lasting well-being.

Rather than relying on short-term trends, Ha Ji Won’s approach reflects a steady commitment to balance and sustainability—an approach that continues to resonate with audiences as she maintains both her career and her presence over time.
