SBS’s fantasy romance drama “No Tail to Tell” has been drawing attention for its fresh blend of supernatural elements and emotional storytelling. Kim Hye Yoon stars as Eun Ho, a quirky Gen Z gumiho who is determined to resist becoming human, while Lomon plays Kang Si Yeol, an overly confident world-class soccer player. Despite their vastly different outlooks on life, the two characters become bound together by fate, setting the stage for a turbulent and unpredictable journey.

In the previous episode, the story reached a crucial turning point. Ignoring Eun Ho’s warning, Kang Si Yeol chose to make a wish on behalf of his close friend Hyun Woo Seok, insisting that he would accept any consequences. The price, however, proved far greater than expected. Upon waking, Kang Si Yeol discovered that his fate had been completely swapped with Hyun Woo Seok’s. Desperate to undo the damage, he pleaded with Eun Ho, only to learn that the only way to reverse the situation was for Hyun Woo Seok to make another wish himself.

Episode four marks a noticeable shift in the dynamic between Eun Ho and Kang Si Yeol. Newly released stills reveal a softer atmosphere between the two, who had previously been locked in constant conflict. Sitting closely together while examining a newspaper, they appear focused and serious, suggesting a new level of trust and cooperation as they confront their shared predicament.

The tension deepens during a dinner scene later in the episode. In a surprising display of tenderness, Kang Si Yeol attempts to feed Eun Ho, leaving her visibly startled by the unexpected intimacy. The brief exchange, heavy with unspoken emotion, hints at feelings beginning to surface beneath their guarded exteriors.

Another still captures Kang Si Yeol watching Eun Ho sleep from up close, his expression thoughtful and restrained. The moment raises questions about what has prompted this emotional shift, signaling that their relationship may be entering a new phase.

According to the production team, the narrative will change course starting from episode four. As Eun Ho, Kang Si Yeol, and Hyun Woo Seok—each holding the others’ fates in their hands—become more deeply entangled, the arrival of the mysterious Jang Do Cheol will further heighten suspense. Episode four of “No Tail to Tell” is set to air on January 24 at 9:50 p.m. KST, promising a pivotal chapter in the unfolding story.
