The film Menkyo Henno!?, starring Tachi Hiroshi, has announced its supporting cast, including Nishino Nanase, Kurokawa Soya, Yoshida Kotaro, and Uzaki Ryudo.

The story centers on Nanjo Hiroshi (Tachi), a 70-year-old film star with a distinguished career marked by numerous awards for his performances in art-house films. Despite his success, Nanjo has long harbored a desire to appear in action movies. He is often teased by fellow actors for continuing to focus on artistic productions while striving to keep up with changing times.

When a close colleague of the same generation suffers a motorcycle accident before filming, Nanjo is asked for comment by the media. He responds that at an advanced age, people should focus on what truly needs to be done rather than on driving cars or motorcycles. His remarks unexpectedly earn widespread public praise and spark conversation. Soon, questions begin to arise about when he himself might consider returning his driver’s license.

Menkyo Henno!? is scheduled for release on June 19, presenting a story that blends humor and reflection while exploring themes of aging, ambition, and public perception.
