South Korean boy group ONF has officially begun a new chapter in their career after signing with a new management company. On March 5, KI Entertainment announced that it had reached an exclusive agreement with ONF, marking the start of a new partnership between the agency and the group.
According to the statement released by KI Entertainment, the contract represents more than a standard artist signing. The company explained that the partnership will allow ONF to play a more active role in shaping their music and activities by participating directly in the planning and production process as creators.

The agency also revealed that, following discussions with the group’s previous company, it has acquired all trademarks and intellectual property related to ONF. This means the group will be able to continue promoting under the name ONF while maintaining their established identity as they move forward with new projects.
With the new agreement in place, KI Entertainment stated that it plans to provide comprehensive support across all aspects of ONF’s activities. The agency expressed hope that this collaboration will serve as a meaningful new step for both the company and the group as they continue to develop their artistic direction.
Shortly after the announcement, ONF shared a motion video of their official logo on social media, along with updated profile photos for the group and each member, signaling the beginning of this new era.

In a separate notice, KI Entertainment also confirmed a change related to one of the group’s members. Member U will now promote under the name Yuto, which is his real name. The decision was made after discussions with the artist and reflects his wish to continue activities using his given name.
Beginning March 5, Yuto will carry out all future promotions under his new stage name. The agency asked fans to continue supporting Yuto and ONF as the group moves forward with their activities under this new arrangement.
