SBS has unveiled a new teaser for its upcoming drama Phantom Lawyer, offering a closer look at the evolving dynamic between Yoo Yeon Seok and Esom. In Phantom Lawyer, Yoo Yeon Seok plays Shin I Rang, a lawyer gifted—or burdened—with the ability to see ghosts. Esom stars as Han Na Hyun, an elite and rational attorney who firmly believes only in what can be proven by evidence. Together, they take on cases involving restless spirits seeking justice through legal means, navigating both lingering grievances and their growing personal connection.
The teaser opens with a tense exchange outside a courtroom. When Han Na Hyun asks Shin I Rang what is troubling him, he hesitantly replies, “A ghost.” For Na Hyun, who dismisses the supernatural outright, his answer only reinforces her belief that he is fixated on something that does not exist.
