Upcoming drama The Legend of Kitchen Soldier has released a new behind-the-scenes video, giving viewers a closer look at the cast’s lively chemistry during the official poster shoot.
The series stars Park Ji Hoon and is based on a popular web novel and webtoon.
The military fantasy-comedy follows army cook Kang Sung Jae, who unexpectedly begins a life-changing journey after a mysterious quest window appears in front of him, setting him on the path to becoming a legendary chef.
Park Ji Hoon Describes His Character
Speaking about his role, Park Ji Hoon shared that Kang Sung Jae is a character full of passion.
“He’s a passionate character, and although he’s a little chaotic at first, I think he adjusts well,” he said during filming.
Cast Brings Energy to the Shoot
The video shows cast members experimenting with creative poses throughout the poster session, frequently making each other laugh with playful interactions.
Lee Sang Yi, Yoon Kyung Ho, Lee Hong Nae, Han Dong Hee, and Jung Woong In all appeared relaxed and energetic throughout the shoot.
When asked who creates the best atmosphere on set, Park Ji Hoon jokingly responded with uncertainty, asking, “Is it me?”
Lee Sang Yi named Yoon Kyung Ho, while Lee Hong Nae pointed to Lee Sang Yi.

Park Ji Hoon and Yoon Kyung Ho both mentioned Lee Sang Yi.
